What has been your career path up to now at Apogeo?

After completing my double degree in Aerospace Engineering, I embarked on a journey that led me to various corners of Europe. My initial stint at AKKA Technologies exposed me to the intricacies of developing components for electric motors—a valuable experience that laid the groundwork for my transition to Apogeo Space. Joining the team initially as the TBU system manager on Theseus, a pioneering mission for the European Space Agency, I've since evolved into the role of Program Manager, steering projects towards success.

What are the most challenging aspects of your current role, and how do you overcome them?

The most exhilarating aspect of my role lies in navigating the complexities of our projects alongside a talented and dynamic team. Balancing technical feasibility with stringent timelines presents its challenges, but it's the collaborative spirit and collective problem-solving that propel us forward. By fostering open communication and embracing the diverse perspectives within our team, we overcome obstacles and achieve our objectives with resilience and innovation.

What advice would you give to other professionals aspiring to succeed in your area of expertise?

Success in this field is not solely determined by individual prowess but by the strength of the team. My advice to aspiring professionals is simple yet profound: listen to your team.
