Introducing our New Principal

We’re delighted to announce the promotion of Darren Martin to Principal, as we continue to develop our people & further grow our team.

Darren Martin is a Principal at Spitfire Consultancy who for the past 16 years, has delivered change to organisations worldwide, by Transforming businesses through People.

Darren has achieved these strategic transformation programmes by offering a high level of professionalism and passion for creating change through people, through a training, mentoring and hands on approach, focussing on the customer need, satisfying with bespoke solutions.

Darren’s passion is driven from the belief that all people irrelevant of position, should have an opportunity to better themselves and be recognised for their values and contribution to their organisation. And as proved on many occasions, these change programmes have become the greatest vehicle to showcase the capabilities of these people and therefore enabled that value and contribution recognition to be realised.

Darren’s additional passion outside of transformation programmes is Cycling and has been for the past 7 years. This passion has enabled him to cycle many thousands of miles all over the world, meet?new people, new cultures and giving great satisfaction in realising opportunities to directly support Children’s Charities like “Ben’s Den”.
