Introducing Our New Area Manager: Gambi Lee Better

A Rich Career in Law, Risk Management and Workers’ Compensation

Gambi began her professional journey in the legal field, practicing workers' compensation law for 15 years. She then transitioned into the insurance industry and was quickly promoted from claims adjuster to a managerial role. This progression provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the workers’ compensation claims industry from the perspectives of claimants, employers, insurance carriers, and third-party claims administrators. Her leadership experience and expertise in risk management and workers' compensation have enabled her to contribute to an organization’s continued growth and success substantially.

Throughout her career, Gambi has been recognized for her ability to lead high-performing teams to achieve outstanding client outcomes. She has a proven track record of promoting a positive workplace culture, streamlining claims handling processes, implementing effective claims resolution strategies, maintaining adequate compliance, and ensuring her teams operate collaboratively with internal and external business partners at the highest level of productivity.
