Introducing Our Industry Prof, Dr Kerry Williams at the school of Electrical Engineering and Robotics at QUT.

I would like to welcome our Industry Prof, Dr Kerry Williams to our school of Electrical Engineering and Robotics at QUT.

For several years now, Dr Williams actively supports the School of Electrical Engineering & Robotics at QUT. This has been done through initiatives such as funding for PhD students, provision of ?the K-BIK Power Learning Potential Fund Scholarship, collaboration in ARC Research Projects, Chairing the Industry Advisory Group, and supporting student final thesis and capstone projects.

His multifaceted experience in various management and leadership roles within power utilities has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of organisational dynamics, industry trends, and the needs of professional organisations.

This extensive involvement also demonstrates Dr William's commitment to advancing education and research to support the energy transition and the field of power engineering.
