Felicia: Hi, I’m Felicia, a UIUX Designer at iZeeM for about 3months. Outside of work, I find myself scrolling through Dribbble, Pinterest, reading interface-related articles, and reconnecting with nature.
?Interviewer: Why did you choose IT as your career?
?Felicia: Growing up with tech, it was natural for me to dive into the IT world. I saw how technology has evolved and believe that it can further make a positive impact on the world, especially with the global population aging.
?Interviewer: what do you do to manage your time and stay on schedule for a project?
?Felicia: I like to make use of Asana to keep track of the things I'm working on and keep my colleagues in the loop. Having regular stand-up meetings with the team allows us to keep track of our progress. We can also voice out the challenges we may be facing and come up with solutions.
