Introducing OMNE|WX, bringing consumer-first experiences to life across APAC
Approaching the workplace experience from an entirely new perspective is the purpose of OMNE|WX. It’s a new consultancy helping global businesses create future-proofed experiences by understanding workforces as consumers, not simply employees.
OMNE WX is a new venture created by Michael Gividen of OMNE agency, Adam O’Connor of Cashel Global and James Soback of 17Lifeworks. Together they bring decades of expertise in insight, foodservice program development and in creating category-leading sustainability initiatives. The consultancy’s work focuses on how foodservice, health and wellness and sustainability programs collide to create better experiences and more overall participation in onsite services.
Also, central to OMNE|WX is a unique portfolio of insight products including The New Standard which creates benchmarks on workplace experiences by city, country or region from which the team can support organizations to measure their current performance and implement new solutions.
Working with a portfolio of global businesses, OMNE|WX is based in Singapore and will initially focus on the Asia Pacific region with future expansion from bases in London, Zurich and Manila.
The new consultancy also brings with it a portfolio of innovative tech start-ups that support in delivering these exciting new programs, creating significant and measurable benefits to the workplace experience.
Adam and James first came up with the idea when sharing food in one of Singapore’s new generation of food halls and in that first meeting identified OMNE as the perfect partner with its depth of expertise in foodservice strategy, insight and data analytics. “Many people can now choose where to work, so infusing a data-led, consumer mindset and our combined expertise will bring the change employees are seeking in their workplace programs,” they state.
