We’re going ‘Off the Beaten Track’ this November with an unmissable experience for lovers of?fine-dining?and the great Scottish outdoors. We are collaborating with renowned food lovers, foragers and experience-hosts Ghillie Basan and Zeki to bring this?unique culinary experience?to life…

On Friday, a champagne welcome awaits in our drawing room while you check in to your luxurious room or suite. At leisure, join us by the fire in our Torrish Restaurant for an à La Carte dinner curated by Executive Chef, Craig Douglas.?You're weekend has begun!

Saturday afternoon will be spent enjoying an experience in the Cairngorm Mountains… leaving you with a 'beaming smile and lasting memories'. Foraging and preparing lunch will be a highlight with your?venison lunch cooked over an open fire.?

Following your afternoon Cairngorm experience, you’ll return to Ness Walk to enjoy a sumptuous?5 course tasting menu.

Introducing each of the fine wines that have been expertly paired with your menu; sommelier Petri Pentik?inen of Raeburn Fine Wines. This is the pinnacle of Scottish dining, paired with the finest of wines including the 'Kin Field Red' … sourced from new vineyard, Alkina, in the Barossa Valley.?

Prior to working at Raeburn Fine Wines, Petri?worked as Head Sommelier, and later as General Manager, at award winning The Three Chimneys on Isle of Skye.?Petri regularly judges in wine competitions and he finished in the final Top 10 of UK Sommelier of the Year competition in 2016.
