Introducing a new course-powered Quizlet
2025 is well underway and with the new year, I’m excited to announce new improvements to Quizlet that align with our three key focus areas: outcomes, personalization, and community.?
As US college students returned to school this January, they were introduced to the new course-powered Quizlet. This new personalized experience helps them stay organized and discover relevant course content faster. It also instills confidence that the materials they are studying are explicitly tied to their courses.
How does this help our users?
From speaking with some of our users in a recent focus group, we learned they expect personalized, timely, and relevant study materials that are easily accessible and readily available for every course. They also want to know that the content they are studying is directly connected to their course. Students appreciate having the option to study what’s already created or make their own materials if that’s more in line with their study preferences. These insights helped our team build the course-powered experience that will make studying on Quizlet even more seamless and reflect our focus on outcomes, personalization, and community.
How will this work in action??
At the start of every new term, students will confirm their school and courses on Quizlet. When a student adds this info, course folders will automatically appear on their homepage and in their library. As classmates create study materials for course folders, students can find trending materials from their peers. This will allow students to:?
