Introducing the NEW Conscious Core

Introducing the NEW Conscious Core

I’m so thrilled to share the NEW Conscious Core!?

I’ve been working behind the scenes for months with Joanna Holden of Modular Ink to bring this new vision to life.

New name! New logos! New colors! New website!

It's crazy that I have done several rebrand launches for other companies but it's entirely more exciting, stressful and magical when it is your own vision you see come to life.

SO, here’s all the deets of this amazing rebrand! MY REBRAND!

New Name: From Conscious Core Pilates to Conscious Core?

When I named my business it was always with the thought that core strength was more than just strong abs. Pilates is all about moving from your center, your core,?so that was one of the primary meanings of my name Conscious Core Pilates. But as my passion, education, and offerings are expanding I decided it was time to reimagine my brand to capture all of the things I offer, plan to offer and how I view true core strength.

I still teach Pilates, have the brick and mortar Pilates studio in Livermore, CA, teach Pilates events, and use a Pilates-based approach to movement and strengthening. But the methodology of Conscious Core is about living consciously and with intention aligned to your core values, core purpose and core nourishment along with having a strong and functional physical core! The purpose of this rebrand is to capture this!?

New logos: From symbolizing the physical core to shining from the core?

The new logo and submarks represent the power, energy and vibrancy you gain when you live and move with intention from the core.?

Vibrant means full of life, joy,?energy, radiance.?I wanted this rebrand to convey the?bright light inside of us?that is unleashed?when?we are equally caring for ourselves physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually?– so we can do motherhood with?spark and zest! From a personal perspective, I love the sun and have been told by multiple clients that I “feel like sunshine” to them. I wanted that to be a big part of my new brand and Joanna captured it all so perfectly!

New colors: From serene to bold

The new colors aim to convey the energy, warmth and passion I have for helping moms live strong vibrant lives. They are bold and bright and energetic, the way I want you to feel after working with me and finding that strength inside of you. And when I asked my online community if I was a color what color would I be, the overwhelming response was yellow.

New website and web address: All the things in one place

You know you’ve arrived when you have a beautiful and professional looking website. I feel all grown up now. The new website provides a single location to learn about the Pilates studio, my other programs, events and my favorite products and services. Just like the new name, the website is all encompassing of what my business offers you to become stronger and more confident no matter where you are located.

Also I have a new web address!!! Now?www.consciouscore.co. The old address will redirect to the new one.

?More details about the rebrand

I partnered with Joanna Holden, Modular Ink for brand strategy, brand identity, messaging, and web design.

We started with defining my brand keyword and archetype.

Keywords:?Joyous, Cheerful, Inspired, Empowering, Fun, Friendly?, Natural, Bright, Casual, Change maker, Authentic, Visionary

Archetype: The Magician:?

  • Promote themselves as the gate to transformative experience
  • Serve as a catalyst for change?
  • Thrive off innovation and through their inventiveness they see possibility
  • Visionaries
  • Provide protection, guidance, and support?
  • Very charismatic and well-received by everyone around them
  • Naturally curious and know how to harness technology to their advantage.

From this she developed many options of mood boards, color palettes, logos and we went round and round until it was JUST PERFECT!

All photography by?Monica Linda of Girl Squad Inc and Maggie Zuklovich in partnerhsip with MoveForward Community. Supported in this huge business transformation by my business coaches Lesley Logan and Seran Glanfield.
