Beginning with the new standard iPad, it will be available in four vibrant colour choices from familiar-looking blue and silver, to a very bold pink or yellow version. It also has a USB-C charge point to match the rest. One of the best features on the new entry-level iPad will most certainly be the placement of the front-facing camera which is now on the landscape side. This means that video calls will now no longer seem off-centre. However, the standard iPad will have a price increase to £499, which is an increase of £130 from the previous generation. It also adds an A14 chip, But it doesn't work with the Pencil 2. Instead, it uses the Pencil 1 with a USB-C adapter. The entry model doesn't have a Smart Connector, but it has a new optional Magic Keyboard Folio accessory with a kickstand that will cost an extra £249. The other surprise is that the standard model only comes with 64GB of storage, but there is an option to get a version with 256GB of storage but this will be an extra £180.

Moving to the iPad Pro, Though its design looks pretty much the same as its previous generation, this has gotten a spec upgrade to Apple's latest M2 processors. This will be the first upgrade to an iPad Pro model since 2021, which had M1 processors and 5G support. Also added to the new features are a hovering Pencil 2 feature that activates before the stylus touches the screen, and added millimetre wave 5G support in the cellular model. Oddly enough, The new iPad Pro still has the front-facing camera in the portrait orientation and hasn't followed suite with the entry-level iPad. The 11" model with 128GB of storage starts at £899 with options of storage upgrades going as high as 2TB and a bigger display at 12.9". The 11" model hold a resolution of 2388 x 1668 resolution, while the 12.9-inch model has a 2732 x 2048 resolution, though both result in a pixel density of 264ppi. The 12.9-inch model has a peak brightness of 1600nits though, while the 11-inch model offers 600nits. Both sets of iPad Pro will have dual rear cameras. It will hold a 12MP main camera with an f/1.8 aperture and there's a 10MP Ultra Wide camera with an f/2.4 aperture.
