Introducing “Men Dropping In”: A New Podcast to Support Men’s Growth and Connection

We’re excited to introduce Men Dropping In, a new podcast that provides a safe, supportive space for men to open up, share, and grow. This isn’t just another podcast; it’s a refuge for men who feel the need to connect deeply with others, to feel seen, heard, and understood. We know that men grow best in the company of other men. And, right or wrong, many men find it hard to fully evolve without that support. This podcast is for you.

What Does It Mean to “Drop In”?

To “drop in” is to connect beyond our day-to-day selves, beyond the stories we tell, and beyond surface-level identities like race, religion, or politics. It’s a state of being where we access a deeper knowing, a divine wisdom that taps into the heart’s voice. In this state, we set aside egos, listen from a place of compassion, and offer support that goes straight to the core. Sometimes, a man needs to simply be heard, and sometimes he needs direction or even a challenge. The space created during these “drop-ins” does the work. It’s the intention, the presence, and the collective energy that allow for authentic growth and healing.

Safe. Anonymous. Free.

Men Dropping In is designed to be safe and confidential. We don’t share your name, image, or identity—no one will know it’s you. We want you to feel secure in sharing whatever is on your mind, knowing it stays within this trusted space. And because we’re here to help, this podcast is completely free.

We want to help you BE.

BE who you are.

BE who you were meant to be.

When men are stable and grounded, moving from their central authority and authentic presence ... the world can change. So, if you’re ready to “drop in,” find support, and grow alongside other men, reach out.
