Today, we are excited to share our first public update about Kawin. Kawin is the only solution purpose-built to help organizations win more by codifying their successful blueprints and stories, turning every customer-facing employee into a rainmaker.

The Problem

In the past few years, we have seen revenue organizations add & churn team members at an alarming rate. Retaining top performers is a constant battle. We saw that even in the best market, getting people to scale quickly is hard. And it’s only getting harder.

Now that revenue teams are more distributed, they feel less confident than ever in their ability to predictably help frontline employees be productive. Their solution? Put their teams through a seemingly endless cycle of training and certification, and rely on new managers.?

But it’s not enough and it certainly does not scale. In fact, Enablement fatigue is settling in, and people are tuning out.?

We hear consistent anecdotes from revenue leaders about a recent time they engaged on a deal, only to find that the team was not equipped with stories and past learnings to execute – if they hadn't engaged, the deal would've been lost. And while these employees completed their methodology & sales process trainings, they don’t know what good execution looks like in the field.

What we aren’t

We aren’t a “content management” system. Kawin isn’t a place for marketing and enablement to dump boilerplate content into a web of folders and tags. We aren’t a legacy “knowledge management” system that relies on people updating wikis and docs with the latest information, tips, and tricks – all of which inevitably acquire dust.

Kawin is a system “by the frontline, for the frontline.” It’s a system that:

  • Allows people to observe what’s working for their peers and customers
  • Leverages the existing ways people share wins
  • Uses deal and account data from your CRM and our database to automatically stay organized, ensuring you can easily find winning information
  • Automatically surfaces relevant information to help reps reach more prospects and win more
