Today, we are excited to share our first public update about Kawin. Kawin is the only solution purpose-built to help organizations win more by codifying their successful blueprints and stories, turning every customer-facing employee into a rainmaker.
The Problem
In the past few years, we have seen revenue organizations add & churn team members at an alarming rate. Retaining top performers is a constant battle. We saw that even in the best market, getting people to scale quickly is hard. And it’s only getting harder.
Now that revenue teams are more distributed, they feel less confident than ever in their ability to predictably help frontline employees be productive. Their solution? Put their teams through a seemingly endless cycle of training and certification, and rely on new managers.?
But it’s not enough and it certainly does not scale. In fact, Enablement fatigue is settling in, and people are tuning out.?

We aren’t a legacy “knowledge management” system that relies on people updating wikis and docs with the latest information, tips, and tricks – all of which inevitably acquire dust.
