This month, we’ll dive into the German company Birkenstock’s journey to Wall Street. Here's a quick summary:

• Key Insight 1: Birkenstock files for IPO to list on the New York Stock Exchange with the name “BIRK” and is the latest European company to choose the United States as the place to raise money on the stock market.
• Key Insight 2: Birkenstock starts taking investor orders from October 2nd and is seeking a valuation of more than $10 billion in the IPO.
