Introducing Healthy Dose of Dialogue Podcast

Last month I kicked off a new podcast I am hosting called, “Healthy Dose of Dialogue” available on Apple iTunes/Podcast and Spotify. This monthly podcast invites healthcare leaders to share fresh perspectives and engage in healthy dialogue about transformative marketplace trends and industry insights.

In my first episode, I encourage you to listen to my conversation with President and CEO of Pacific Business Group on Health, Elizabeth Mitchell. Elizabeth’s insight, wealth of knowledge and passion about the immediate need to transform healthcare are transparent, and I am thankful she took the time to talk about primary care, mental health, COVID-19 and other topics. 

My most recent podcast episode features an interview with Cecile Chang, Health & Benefits US Commercialization Leader, Willis Towers Watson. Cecile shares her thoughts on the importance of having hope, conviction, commitment and flexibility. We also talk about her new role at Willis Towers Watson, trends in health benefits, value-based healthcare and the challenges and opportunities facing employers in today’s evolving environment.
