Introducing The Endless Motivation Generator...
Motivation is important when looking to lose weight and get in shape.
Your motivators drive you to achieve your health and lifestyle goals and act as your north star.
They also provide a centre point to focus your decisions against.
Understanding your “why” is essential to achieving and unlocking your goals, hopes, dreams and vision for the future.
Knowing what motivates you also helps develop integrity and authenticity and is the most important place to start any meaningful endevour.
Like the foundations of a house; we must get this right or we'll end up with the leaning tower of Pisa at best, or at worst an accident wating to happen.

How does failing to do this effect us?
Good question.
We all know questioning yourself or staying stuck in a vicious circle is no way to live.
You may end up...
1 Helping someone else achieve their goals instead of your own.
2 Absorbing other people’s values and following their path instead of your own.
3 Accepting someone else values whilst holding onto your own, making you constantly question yourself unnecessarily.
4 Unconsciously rebelling against yourself, self-sabotaging, procrastinating, or suffering agonising perfectionism.

Failure to act in accordance with your core values leads to a sacrifice of who you are, who you want to be, fragmentation of the self and is a bad example to set to others.
It can also lead to “cognitive dissonance” which is a state of mental conflict where your beliefs don’t align with your actions, resulting in contradictory values, attitude, and perspectives about the same thing.
I can speak from experience of all the above, as you may be able to too.
Anxiety, depression, and a myriad of other health problems including alcoholism, drug use, obesity and addiction can all be linked to these on occasion, at least from my experience coaching 100’s of men through my behaviour change transformation program.
The best way to achieve endless motivation is to identify what’s important to you and why, then leverage that towards the challenges you face daily.
It’s that important which is why we start there.
Be clear on your core values and use them to guide you throughout your entire life, including health and weight loss, achieving long term success, and obtaining unlimited motivation in the process too.
Your core values can inspire you to act, drive your most positive behaviours and should be your first port of call when creating conscious and meaningful change in your life, especially if you have children.
Many people prefer to start their health journey with willpower, motivation, anger and pain, but after these pass so do the results, and in any case that's no way to live.
My recommendation is to bypass that entirely and if possible, avoid completely.
