Introducing ECO-DRIVE for Energy-Saving Twin Ram Balers

We've been busy at REP-TEC HQ with the launch of our new ECO-DRIVE system. This new system aims to save over 25% of energy during the baling process. And what's exciting is that we have just dispatched our first energy saving baler (more on that below).

We are proud to announce the launch of our latest innovation: ECO-DRIVE - an energy-saving system for twin ram balers.
The new ECO-DRIVE system uses inverter drive technology, which enables precise control over motor speed, optimising the power usage during the baling process. Compared to traditional systems, the addition of these to our latest balers results in a remarkable energy saving of over 25% on comparable models. This feature is now standard on all REP-TEC fully automatic twin ram balers.
First Energy Saving Twin Ram Baler Dispatched
Our latest Goliath baler was dispatched last week to a local recycling company in Northern Ireland. This particular machine is the first unit to have our new Energy Saving ECO-DRIVE system installed so we are looking forward to seeing this in operation and the customer is keen to see energy saving costs!
MRF & Markets Conference
We will be exhibiting at the upcoming MRF & Markets Conference on the 7th November in the Coventry Transport Museum.

Refurbished Twin Ram Baler & Cross Wrap System
We currently have a 2017 Kadant PAAL Dokon 500 Baler Integrated With CW Bale Wrapper system. This system is ideal for RDF and SRF material. This baler is powerful and efficient with a horizontal twine tying system.
It has:
? 122T compaction
? Bale size 1.1m x 1.1m
? 2 x37kW motors
? Capable of 40T/hour
