What exactly is dunnage? Traditionally, dunnage is material used to safely package goods. The dunnage acts as padded cushion between parts, containers, and outer packaging. Traditionally dunnage is usually made from inexpensive materials such as lumber, polystyrene chips, shredded cardboard, or bubble wrap.

There are some major differences between the above type of dunnage, and the type of dunnage that we design and supply. Our custom designed, made to order dunnage is designed and made to hold certain parts, this type of dunnage is very secure and often very specific. Our services include dunnage for steel stillages and for plastic containers, using materials such as textiles, reusable plastics or Correx. Our dunnage systems are ideal for valuable and bulky parts and is made to fit onto returnable packaging or stillages.
