Taking place from 4th to 6th November 2024, this will be a 3-day summit like no other.

Day 1 is specifically tailored for independent practitioners.
I rarely use the word passionate, but this is one area that I am extremely passionate about enabling competent practitioners, or people who want to be competent, to sell their services in the DEI industry.
I have a personal investment in day one because I know how challenging it can be to start and grow a profitable DEI business. I have taken my business from a place of deficit - six figures in debt - to being profitable within a few years. I turned it around by selling DEI services using the sales process that I use now. I am proof that it can be done; that DEI practitioners CAN sell to corporate organisations, demonstrate competency and build trust so that they invest financially.?
We want to contribute to an industry built on competency, expertise standards and quality.
It’s time we helped people use competency and good sales practices to acquire and retain clients - clients who will only benefit from the work we do because of how we do it. I’m absolutely sure that by the time I’ve finished working with practitioners on day one, they know how to go from zero to offering ￡10k+ packages consistently.

Days 2 & 3 are tailored for in-house practitioners.
One of the most effective and impactful ways I help organisations is by bringing them into a room where they can focus and concentrate on what they need to do regarding their DEI strategy. This is what happens during Days 2 & 3. These days are for the stakeholders from corporate organisations who are majority or solely responsible for DEI to get to grips with and come away with answers on what they need to do next.
We help these stakeholders become upskilled and fluent in what they need to do. This happens in a discrete no-sales space where they are assisted by professionals trained in a non-political, competency-based framework. Delegates will also be supported by other smart people who will help them solve their own specific problems and challenges unique to them.?
