Introducing CITTA Care Club - A Wellness Club for New and Expecting Parents

We asked a few parents what parenthood meant to them, and their responses confirmed only one thing – that everyone’s parenting journey is as unique as they are! Expecting parents and new parents go through a rollercoaster of emotions ranging from joy and exhilaration to confusion and incompetence. Add to that the pressures society puts on expecting mothers and working parents, the taboos around pregnancy in India, and the sidelining of the mental health of new parents, and one will still only be able to catch a glimpse of how challenging parenthood can be.??

CITTA was created to make modern parents’ lives easier. To provide them with grandma’s wisdom backed with science. To support parents and make parenthood a tad bit easier.?

We are extending our support to all new and expecting parents with our offline wellness club, CITTA Care Club. The club will provide a platform for the parents to interact with experts and be a safe space to find emotional support, share concerns, and bond with other new parents.

CITTA Care Club will be hosting two meet-ups every month in Pune, Maharashtra around topics concerning parenthood. There will be sessions hosted by experts like pediatricians, doctors, mental health experts, and fitness experts. The club will also host fun events for all moms and dads where they can relax for a while!

CITTA Care Club is a non-profit initiative by CITTA. We offer free, limited membership which can be availed through our website, www.cittaworld.com.
