Introducing Call for Culture?!

Just 1 year ago, I left my Chief People Officer job to carve out space for myself and others who ventured out to build something better. Before then, I envisioned a fresh take on the future of work and the connecting fibers of work to societal, justice, and humanitarian issues. Also, being on the receiving end of consulting partnerships in my CPO role, I knew there had to be a different, more inclusive, and community-based approach to culture consulting.


It didn't take me long to realize that helping organizations and leaders use their business to do good by building and sustaining inclusive and healthy workplace cultures and communities is so much bigger than me. So, just like our clients who are bravely carving out a workplace culture that puts people first, we’re doing the same.


Which is why I’m so thrilled that I’m no longer a team of one. We are now Call for Culture — a fresh take on workplace culture consulting. We’re more than services — we’re a community and a movement built on inclusion, sustainable change, and regenerative outcomes.

Formerly known as Angela R. Howard Consulting, Call for Culture is ready to grow with you as we work together to create social responsibility at work. We do that using our IMPACT Culture methodology and model to translate intent into impact when it comes to your culture building and transformation efforts.

  1. 3-Day Culture Charter Foundations Experience: An immersion for senior executive teams focused on establishing or re-establishing the foundations and bedrock of your culture including developing (1) An Impact Purpose Statement, (2) Value System and Behaviors, and (3) codifying it to impact day to day behaviors, habits, and results.
  2. IMPACT Culture Program (1:1 Option): Our 1:1 (one to one personalized support) fully guided 12-18 month culture discovery/assessment, development, and change experience with your organization. We work with you in a fractional capacity to turn your company into an environment where employees can deploy their contributions for positive organizational outcomes.
  3. IMPACT Culture Program (Cohort Community): For the internal culture change maker who is seeking community, structure and framework, this program is built for owners of culture change programs and initiatives: CEOs, CHROs, CPOs, Chief Diversity Officers, and Chief Impact Officers just to name a few. A 12-18 month learning community and implementation experience created to guide your organization through culture discovery/assessment, development change, and sustainability. With our diagnostic tools, expert content, community brain trust, and company culture advisory support — the capstone for participants will be to develop a data-driven “Culture Blueprint” to bring back to their organization to implement.
  4. Keynote Speaking & Workshops: Bite-sized impact with big inspiration at your next event, retreat, or offsite. Select from topics and experts in our speaking network in areas of workplace wellness, ESG, diversity, equity & belonging, leadership, and culture.?
