Introducing Broadway’s New Business Development Team

Our success is built not only on the manufacture of high-quality materials, but also on a commitment to providing excellent customer service and technical support. Customer feedback often highlights our service levels as a key differentiator from our competition. We’re excited to share details of our new business development team, in place to support customers with their ongoing requirements for masterbatches, compounds and roto powders, and to enhance sales across our innovative materials portfolio. With enthusiasm, fresh perspectives and previous experience in the plastics industry, our new team will continue to deliver the high level of service our customers have come to expect.


Joe Allen , Business Development Manager

Joe has been with us for five years, primarily serving as our Sales Office Supervisor. In this role, he developed a deep understanding of our products, our customers, and their requirements, working with his team to deliver high levels of service and technical support. Joe also works closely with our R&D team, contributing to the development and commercialisation of novel materials. With previous experience in account management, Joe understands the importance of providing reliable support to our customers. He hit the ground running in his new role back in January.

Jack Clifton , Business Development Manager

Jack began his career in the NHS, training in biomedical science and working in haematology and blood transfusion. He then moved into a technical role in polyurethane formulations for rigid and flexible products. Enjoying customer interactions, Jack moved into sales, spending three years with a reputable, international colourant and masterbatch supplier, before accepting a new role at Broadway in February. Jack’s experience gives him a strong foundation in technical and colour considerations, as well as customer support and project management.

Adam Buffin , Business Development Manager

Adam joined Broadway with seven years of experience in the plastic packaging industry. Adam has worked with manufacturers and major brands in various sectors including personal care and beauty. He spent over four years with a global moulding group and two years with a leading UK packaging distributor, serving various markets worldwide. This background has given Adam great technical knowledge, and a strong appreciation for understanding each customer’s specific requirements.

In addition, customers will continue to be supported by our office-based sales admin team, lead by Connor Peck , who has been with us since 2015. Connor's team handle day-to-day customer enquiries and ensure efficient order processing. Our experienced technical team is also on hand to advise and assist with new material development, regulatory matters and performance optimisation.

We’ll have a further announcement coming soon on the appointment of a new Sales Director. Regardless of personnel changes, our fundamental principles remain steadfast. These core values ensure continuity and excellence in service, providing our customers with the consistent, reliable experience we’ve been proud to deliver throughout our 27 year history.
