Introducing BCC Evolution

One of the presenters for our Community Forum on Mental Well-Being at Work is Kelli Melissa Reinhardt, Founder of Make Mental Health Matter . Here's why she signed up?

"I have empathy for leaders, employees. I come from a corporate world, so know the difference between someone who authentically cares and someone who is just checking the box."

Kelli used to work in a call center sales environment where they were never allowed to work from home, until the pandemic. Then they were quickly sent home and given suggestions to take mental wellbeing breaks. However, as a manager she was never given time to take those mental wellbeing breaks.

Currently there are four ways she helps companies to keep their promises.

  • Coaching - 1:1 with anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or suicidal ideation
  • Speaking - Any stage that bring awareness and conversation, like Oct 17!!
  • Consulting - guiding the internal conversations that help people thrive, even moderating hard conversations between owners, employees, and customers
  • Educating - Mental Health 1st Aid, Breaking the Cycle of Trauma... she holds a lot of events every month. You can find her event calendar here.
