Introducing The Admin Alchemist Transformation Program

I’ve been pretty quiet on LinkedIn about the side hustles I’ve had over the years, so shouting from the LinkedIn rooftops is different for me (and honestly, slightly nerve wracking!). 

In the last days of 2020 I decided the time was right to bring an idea to life that’s been percolating away for about 10 years. 

I’ve long been a passionate advocate and mentor for admin professionals. I know how many smart, talented, capable people work in admin many of whom have fallen into the work because they weren’t sure what else to do (and are still trying to work it out).  I also know admin roles can be among the most under appreciated and under developed in organisations. This can have a negative and lasting impact on confidence, growth and progression. This pains me because admin professionals are not just the backbones of an organisation. They’re the heartbeat, the plate spinners, magicians, forensic cleaners, trusted advisers and cultural beacons. They make a difference every day in ways that are often not visible.

 I’m fortunate to have supported some inspiring, incredible executives throughout my career who’ve taken an interest in developing and leveraging my smarts and strengths. It’s given me priceless on the job learning and mentoring that I know not everyone gets.  So I’ve taken my passion and 20+ years’ experience and poured it into the soon to be launched Admin Alchemist Transformation Program.

The program has been created to incorporate the highest value takeaways from my career, providing the battleground training that will enable admin professionals to up level their support, fast tracked. It’s for EAs and PAs as well as motivated Admin/Team Assistants who want to grow and progress their careers.

At the end you’ll be able overcome the common blocks that hold admin professionals back in their roles and career.  You’ll learn to leverage strengths, experience and knowledge with a renewed sense of confidence while easily articulating the value you bring to an organisation and be able to build true partnership relationships.

The course is 6 weeks long and will be held outside business hours so time off isn’t needed.
