What It Means to be a Key Volunteer at Dash ??

Being a key volunteer at Dash means taking on big responsibilities in a fun, collaborative, and challenging environment. It's fast-paced and requires quick problem-solving skills. You'll be working with a dynamic team to create impactful solutions and drive our mission forward. It's an exciting opportunity to grow, learn, and meet new inspiring people.

Our Vision and Mission ??

Our vision is to serve as a bridge between academia and the business world, facilitating collaboration among students, professionals, and organizations. Our mission is to unite diverse problem-solvers, providing them with the necessary resources and support to develop actionable solutions for a brighter future. This year, we’re set up to continue this mission with a strong focus on diversity, community and innovation.

How Key Volunteers Contribute ?

Our Dash Team 2024 is incredibly diverse and multidisciplinary, bringing together a variety of backgrounds and expertise:

• Educational Backgrounds: Our team is composed of both Bachelor’s and Master’s students from various universities and applied sciences, studying fields like Art and Design, Business, Tech, and Architecture. This blend creates a truly multidisciplinary dream team.
• Nationalities: We proudly represent ten different nationalities, adding a richness of cultural perspectives and representation.
• Old and New: Our team is a mix of Dash alumni and newcomers. This combination allows us to blend past experiences with fresh new dynamic ideas.?

As a team lead, you'll play a crucial role in driving our mission forward. You’ll get hands-on experience in different fields while working alongside our fun, awesome, and diverse team. You’ll join our weekly team meetings, in-team hangouts and front access to special events that we will together create or get involved in.?
