Intosys and b2Americas Announce Agreement to Merge

Mexico City – 12th March 2024 – Intosys SA de CV? and b2Americas today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement to merge their businesses.

The combined company with a new brand b2Intosys will be a frontrunner in IT?? Services Industry with a strong presence in Mexico, Latin America, Caribbean, Middle East and Africa. ?The merger will create significant benefits for our customers, employees, and partners.

Intosys and b2Americas bring complementary product lines that will provide customers with a wider range of solutions and geographical coverage.

The combined company will have greater resources to invest in infrastructure, leading to even more innovative products and services.

The merger will create a larger and more geographically diverse company, allowing us to better serve our customers around the world.

Noel Santiago, CEO Principal owner of the Intosys group of companies, will become Managing Director of the combined company b2Intosys. Mick Barry, owner of b2Americas, will assume the position of Director, Global Sales and Service. ??A dedicated integration team will be formed to ensure a smooth transition for both companies.
