What's the best part of your role at Intervino?
The variety! I work with people from all over the world in different roles. One day we can be talking packaging and courier options, then the next day creating strategic marketing plans or being in the factory training the team on operational procedures for a new personalisation campaign.

Which has been your favourite Intervino campaign to work on and why?
We do the fulfilment for the amazing English sparkling wine, Chapel Down. The relationship we have built up means we see each other as one big team rather than customer/supplier and work towards the same common goals. Communication is key in any relationship. To see the growth of this account has been really special to me.
What trends do you think will influence the e-commerce sector over the next 12 months?
Even though I am no longer classed as 'cool' or 'in the know' by my children, I would like to think I can still spot trends. I am a perfect candidate for social marketing! I love seeing a product being used by other people and I buy regularly through social commerce. TikTok shop for me is the one to watch!
