Which has been your favourite Intervino campaign to work on and why?

The Famous Grouse personalisation campaign as the team at The Famous Grouse are excellent to work with and open to trying new projects to grow their D2C sales. This means we can be more innovative in our work with them.

What trends do you think will influence the personalisation sector over the next 12 months?

I believe that the desire of the consumer to want a personal and unique experience when shopping online will mean that D2C personalisation will grow much bigger over the next few years and will be a key requirement on most brand strategies, not just in the FMCG world, but many other industries such as beauty.


Famous Grouse Case Study

The brief was to manage a full D2C e-commerce platform, offering consumers the ability to personalise the iconic Famous Grouse whisky with a name or message.
