Have a good internet connectivity, with working camera and sit in a quiet place. Always try to join interview calls in Laptop or desktop with camera. Avoid phone for interviews, as there might be calls on your phone which would disturb the process.
Join on time to utilize slot at the fullest. Wear decent attire during interviews. Please inform the respective recruiter in prior if you are not available for the interview during scheduled time.
?
If you are not ready for the interview, be clear about it and request for some more time/ days before officially confirming your presence. Stop wasting your time or recruiter’s time in avoiding calls during last moment of your interview scheduled time.
Openly communicate on the skills you are interested in/ worked on/ looking for. Ask for the Job descriptions. Go through and then confirm if you are interested rather than just saying 'yes' and not attending interviews in later stages.
Interview feedbacks would take time. Panels would analyze and discuss among team members before finalizing to hire any candidate. Do not expect to get your interview feedback the next minute after your interview.
Recruiter is also an employee of the organisation. They would have certain critical responsibilities/ deadlines to meet. Targets to achieve. Approvals to follow up. So, please respect their time as well. Give enough window to come back to you with updates during complete interview cycle.
