Interview Tips
Even when you have gone on more interviews than you can count, job interviewing never seems to get any easier. With each job interview, you are meeting new people, selling yourself and your skills, and often getting the third degree about what you know or don't know.
Here are the Some Interview Tips That will help you to get hired.
Q 1. Tell us something about yourself.
Strange right?
Just something about yourself! And it is not like you are in grave danger of revealing your darkest secrets. Of course you are not going to tell them that your favorite movie Etc..
Here’s an example.
My name is XXXX. I was brought up in a village in XXXX. My parents instilled in me the values of honesty, integrity and non-violence. I have always cared for the underprivileged and have helped them several times to organize community festivals, giving food and aid to small communities. I believe in compassion and helping others. That’s the kind of person I am. As a tip, it is always a plus to use strong words like I believe, determined, always, excellent instead of I think, I could, sometimes, maybe or okay.
IMPORTANT; It is a good idea to focus on your communication skills in particular, so you can speak clearly and concisely about the assets you can offer the employer.
Q 2 Prepare for common interview questions
Every "how to interview" book has a list of a hundred or more "common interview questions." (You might wonder just how long those interviews are if there are that many common questions!) So how do you prepare? Pick any list and think about which questions you're most likely to encounter, given your age and status (about to graduate, looking for a summer internship). Then prepare your answers so you won't have to fumble for them during the actual interview.
Q 3 Line up your questions for the interviewer
Come to the interview with some intelligent questions for the interviewer that demonstrate your knowledge of the company as well as your serious intent. Interviewers always ask if you have any questions, and no matter what, you should have one or two ready. If you say, "No, not really," he or she may conclude that you're not all that interested in the job or the company. A good all-purpose question is, "If you could design the ideal candidate for this position from the ground up, what would he or she be like?

Q 4 Attire Yourself Professionally
For women: Choose a solid-color pant suit with conservatively-colored shoes and shirt or blouse to match. Avoid wearing heels and too much makeup, jewelry, and perfume. If you choose to wear a skirt instead of the pants, pair them with light or skin-tone hosiery.
For men: A suit of a solid color is also recommended, especially in the most formal interviews. However, if you feel the company is not so strict, you could pair a blazer with some slacks for a semi-casual look. A white button-up shirt, a suit-matching tie, and black or brown loafers go well whichever route you take. As with females, keep the jewelry and cologne to a minimum.
Q 5 Wear an Undershirt and Great Antiperspirant
Don’t let those pesky sweat glands under your arms make you look like a fool—that’s easy enough to do, anyway.
Put on a tried-and-tested antiperspirant to reduce your underarm sweating. Also, wear an undershirt so that you have one more layer to protect any wet spots from being broadcasted publicly to the interviewer.
Q6 Dress to Impress
It probably goes without saying that you’ll want to choose from your best outfits to wear for your all-important interview. Don’t forget to iron, and don’t use too much perfume. Polish your shoes before leaving home. Trim your fingernails.
Also, as for interview dress tips, have a glance at the company’s about page, if they have one, to see if you can get a sense of how employees might be dressed there. It might be a great way to gauge what to wear.
Q 7 List of Relevant Strengths

- Enthusiastic
- experience in administration
- Experience using multiple content management systems
- Expert in multiple spreadsheet suites
Q 8 WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU ?
In actuality, you’re answering this question the entire time you’re being interviewed. But, if you hear this question directly, this one is easy to answer.
- Tell them how your history and work experience makes you an ideal candidate.
- Reference the skills, abilities, and knowledge you have that is either directly applicable to the job, or transferable in some way.
- Tell the interviewer that you hope to make their job easier by taking on as much responsibility as possible.
Before the interview, you should research what role you’d be filling in the company. Have responses that directly respond to how you’d be the best candidate to do the job.
