Prepare

Preparation is the key to a successful interview and it can be the difference of whether you do or don’t get the job, and these interview tips will help you prepare for the big day.

Here’s how to get ready;

Research:

  • Company history & milestones
  • Turnover & number of employees
  • Background of the person interviewing you
  • Recent news & social updates on their website or LinkedIn etc.
  • Closely review the job description, think about your own skillset and experience, note any examples you can share at the interview that highlight your suitability.

Plan your Journey

  • Arrive in a timely fashion. If you’re getting the train or underground, give yourself plenty of time in case there are any delays.If you’re driving, consider routes and parking options.
  • If you are going to be late, call us so that we can let them know, it’s better than just arriving late.
  • Prepare some questions you want to ask them about the position, company or their interview process.
