Interview Tips for Chief Digital Officers

I have just been interviewing Chief Digital Officers and I am surprised how people are unprepared, although they are very senior. So Im going to give you some advice:
?????♀?RELAX: smile, don't be so serious, we are working in digital, transformation, creative and tech projects, we are not hiring a lawyer (sorry lawyers, I know some of you are quite friendly!). And please don't wear a tie!
?PREPARE: if you don't know anything about the people you are going to talk to, or the company (even though I have sent you a detailed brief) then you certainly are not going to get hired.
??DON'T TALK TOO MUCH: If you give 15minute answers in a 30 minutes interview, then there will be only two questions. Do you think two answers is sufficient to assess your profile?
?ASK QUESTIONS: If you don't have ANY questions then you are either not prepared or not interested, or simply you are not detailed-oriented.
?? DON'T INTERVIEW IN YOUR CAR: Do you have to say anything here? Let's be professional. If you can't be in a desk, let me know before. Don't just turn up like that.
??YOUR DON'T KNOW IT ALL: Nobody does. Don't try to sound like you do.
?? TALK WITH DATA: Give detail, examples, cases, situations. We don't need more buzzwords, we want to hear about true stories and facts.
Hope this helps you on your journey!
