Interview with someone special

Hello everyone and welcome to another article on my LinkedIn page! Having an interview with someone is the best way of finding answers. Is one of the best ways of communication and the best way of getting to know someone.??Today I will tell you how my interview with the Brand manager of Nestle went. In instance I was surprised that Ana Bodoc accepted my invitation because I knew that she is very busy!?

Moving to the interesting part of my experience, the day with the interview came, I was a bit nervous because I didn’t know how she as a person is, if she will like my questions, or if it is going to be interesting enough. I started to tell her something about myself and why I chose her for my interview. After the small talk she seemed very calm and open to the questions that I was planning to ask her.?

I started the interview and 10 minutes later she had to stop it because she had something important to do. I was a bit panicked because I thought I did something wrong or that she will never join the conversation again. 20 minutes later she called me again, these 20 minutes were an eternity for me because I didn’t know what happened. We continued the interview and at the end I asked her how she felt during the interview and if she liked it. I can not forget how big her smile was after she explained me how much she enjoyed the talk.?

After our talk I learned how important is to ask questions and to get answers! You as a person deserve answers and you should always look for the best!

Moreover, I learned that is important to ask a person hoe she/he feels! This question makes them happy, and I think that they will be more open to students when they feel appreciated!?
