Impact of Covid 

INNOVANT is a business only started at the beginning of the year; to put it bluntly the impact of Covid on day-to-day operations of his business has been minimal to say the least. Since most of the business has been done remotely, but due to Covid it means all meetings with both technological suppliers and customers are now using remote technologies. But there has been no change in his relationship with his vendors or clients. 

Demand for his services has increased 

One thing is clear, since the arrival of Covid demand from local businesses has dramatically grown as the need for quick reliable and secure solutions that INNOVANT can deliver has become more important than ever. But which are not really possible with the various limited free versions of zoom, Microsoft teams, Uber conference et cetera. 

Now firms come to INNOVANT for guidance on finding the best paid for technological communications package that meets the client’s needs. As businesses have begun to understand what these services can provide, they are demanding much more technically advanced solutions to meet their needs. But one thing is clear due to Covid; remote working has become an essential part of doing business and no longer an option. 

Lessons learned 

Amongst the lessons that Sam has learnt is increasing his efforts on brand awareness and marketing is vital for the future development and success of his enterprise.
