My first interview on Rajya Sabha TV (RS TV) to Govind Ethiraj talking on Ease of Doing business under Companies Act (Amendment Bill) approved by Rajya Sabha on 13th May,2015. Major amendments - 

A) No Capital requirement for start ups B) Company seal optional C) Board resolution not public document - retaining confidentiality  D) No fear of doing business as differential treatment for Fraud and other offences prescribed, Bail provisions under CrPC prescribed E) Special courts to trial Fraud cases F) RPT with threshold permitted G) Transactions between Holding Subsidiary eased out H) Auditor duty of reporting frauds rationalised I)Dividend distribution policy clarified etc.

But, yet Government need to take initiative to relax Private Companies from taking loans and giving guarantees, as it makes difficult to breath in Make in India Regime.
