Remember Happy Days in 1977? Interview with Suzi Quatro

Her huge hit Can the Can in 1973, her cinematic role as the bass player Leather Tuscadero in the legendary American sitcom Happy Days from 1977 to 1979, her duet Stumblin' In with Smokie's lead singer Chris Norman in 1978: there are plenty of achievements rock 'n' roll queen Suzi Quatro is famous for.

Born, bred and raised in Detroit, Michigan in a family of Italian and Hungarian descent, she started her music journey aged 14 as a self-taught bass player and singer under the influence of Elvis Presley in her childhood and The Beatles in her early teens.

In 1971, she moved permanently to the United Kingdom, where she released dozens of studio albums, compilations and live records?and embarked on a myriad of tours, live shows and concerts: she has performed between 85 and 100 live gigs per year in a career of six decades that registered more than 50 million records sold.

This interview with Suzi Quatro is all about life, music, her collection of over 750 pairs of Ray-Ban sunglasses and her Happy Days memories of The Fonz.
