Interview Process at Capillary

What’s it like to interview for a job role at Capillary? A lot of people on the internet seem to be asking this question and we thought of bringing it here straight from the horse’s mouth!?

Meet Saravanan Kesavan, he is an Associate Architect at Capillary Technologies and here, he shares his experience about the interview process.?

• Capillary interviews for attitude. Saravanan says, “One thing I really liked about the interview was the focus on how I approached a problem and not the hard skills. I was not experienced in the tech stack Capillary uses but that was not a deterrent.”
• SaaS is the space to be. “Working at Capillary has given me the domain the expertise to work on cloud-based technologies. And if one looks at the industry globally, SaaS is one of the fastest growing fields, and am glad to have got the opportunity to work in the space,” says Saravanan.
• A typical interview for a job post at Capillary involves three rounds of interviews and one case study round. This may vary a little from role to role but we make it a point to clearly communicate the steps in the process whenever anyone applies.?
• Transparency is the key. “Right from the time of the interview to now when it’s almost been a year into the system, transparency of the leadership is something I really appreciate. We clearly know what our KRAs are and through Xto10X, everyone’s KRAs in the org are also visible!” shares Saravanan.?
• Great career growth aided by the right mentorship. “I was new to the world of SaaS but the kind of mentorship I have received right from the time I was getting interviewed, it has been very helpful. Especially with the company preparing to go public, I see immense growth potential and am grateful to be a part of this team,” says Saravanan.?
