This is NOT an Interview Prep Method

I've had client use the method above in an attempt to win a job offer.
Unfortunately, they found out that this is NOT an effective interview prep method.
When my clients figured out that it didn't work, they came to me looking for help.
Even though they had a great experience, they were unable to articulate it in an interview.
When clients come to me for career help, whether it's a #resume or #coaching, I assure them that it's not them. It's their method.
When clients hear this, their confidence begins to increase.
It's natural to feel like there's something wrong with you when in actuality, it's not. Why? Because you are AWESOME! Yup! You really are!
In the case of interviewing, it's your job to convince the other side of the table that you are awesome.
Furthermore, you must convince them of what your resume says.
The good news is that your resume got you to the interview which means one part of the job search method is working.
Now, let's work on the other part, landing the job by giving an award winning interview.
Just imagine you accepting the Grammy of Interviewing Award....... ok. That may be going a little far..... I digress....
But, it's somewhat true.
Interviewing is like being on stage with all eyes on you to perform.
You must give a great performance (of course supported by facts) if you want to land the job. Many people will not tell you that.
After 19 years preparing and interviewing hundreds of job seekers, what I'm telling you is pretty much spot on.
You have to be able to be "on-stage" to slay the interview with content, presence, and personality.
From my experience, I developed a unique interview method that has helped many job seekers land jobs and promotions
I named it the iRockS.T.A.R. Method?.
This method is so solid, I even wrote a book about it!
Also, one of my book patrons read the book and said this on my recent livestream from Facebook....
Interview preparation It's not something I learned from a book (although I am a Certified Employment Interview Professional - CEIP).
I learned how to prepare individuals to rock out their interview through hands on experience. I know first hand what works and what does not and tried it with real people vying for the job or promotion of their dreams.
