Interview with Perspectives

Gave an interview to "Perspectives: The Journal of IP Management" ahead of my speech at the Embassy of the Netherlands in Washington D.C. later this month.

We covered many things: my professional journey in IP law across three continents and how those experiences influenced me, my visit to the European Patent Office (EPO) as a U.S. Bar delegate of the 33rd Annual U.S. Bar-EPO Liaison Council Meeting last month, my views on current IP developments in the U.S. and more generally, and our work at the John Marshall Law School's Center for IP, Information and Privacy Law.
