Interview with Paul Boulet, Co-Founder & CEO at Click Analytic
Please tell us more about yourself and your journey?
I have called Geneva my home since the age of 10 and have always had a deep passion for entrepreneurship. While pursuing my BA in International Business & Marketing in the UK, I established my first venture—a "local Tinder" for our school. Despite our initial success in securing some funding from friends and family and launching a preliminary version of our product, we ultimately faced failure. However, this experience taught me invaluable lessons, fueling my desire to embark on a new venture that combines my passions for sports and marketing.
How did you start this business and why??
Upon graduating from Columbia University in New York, my ambition was to pursue a career as a sports agent. I gained valuable experience by working at multiple agencies in the industry, and along the way, I also began advising brands on partnerships with influencers. It became evident to me that smaller businesses faced significant challenges and expenses when vetting potential collaborators on social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok.
When engaging with influencers, various essential steps must be taken. These include identifying suitable profiles, ensuring their audience aligns with your target market, reaching out to them, negotiating terms and fees, establishing a contract, and ultimately monitoring the campaign's progress and ensuring timely payments.
Motivated by this realization, I joined forces with my partners to develop a product that streamlines and automates influencer collaborations specifically for SMEs.

Why did you join Fongit and what has it brought to you??
We discovered Fongit through fellow entrepreneurs, some of whom were also affiliated with Fongit, ex. Foodetective. We decided to join Fongit for several compelling reasons, such as its extensive network and the high caliber of coaches who specialize in specific areas. Building a startup is a complex endeavor with many challenges, so being surrounded by experts is always advantageous.
What message would you give to other entrepreneurs or want to be entrepreneurial?
Don’t spend too much time thinking about your product and making the perfect solution. Try to build a small template of your idea and to sell it. Trying will always give new perspective on the product and probably change your approach.
