Lyzle?B. Raymundo began her career in trading back in 2008. She is a skilled individual, bringing people together to work toward common goals. She thrives in a fast-paced office environment, which helps her boost efficiency. Lyzle loves interacting with both VIP clients and small vendors. She has been building her journey as a driven purchase officer and logistic coordinator in operations for several years.

Tell us about yourself

I set and oversee goals related to my department. I’ve been really enjoying this part of my work and I’m also interested in bringing the experience I’ve gained, as well as my commitment to an efficient and successful team.

In my personal life, I’m an avid reader, I love to learn and explore new things, visit historical sites, or even just walk around. I always enjoy talking with who I meet, and I believe that communication is one of the most important aspects of my professional life as well. As I talk with any person around me, I am very able in directing a conversation into a successful and meaningful one regardless of what the situation may be.

What attracted you to your role at Torq?

How they work as a team really attracted me most when I joined Torq as an operations assistant. I think teamwork is one important part of Torq’s success, which is why I am so honoured to be part of the team. I believe and support Torq’s mission and vision. Aside from that, I love the company’s innovative approach, which really thrills me to work in its professional environment. Lastly, the way they treat Torq employees as a “family” with a healthy and positive work makes me thankful for my role.

How is Torq impacting the food and agricultural sector and what excites you about this?

When it comes to the food and agricultural sector, Torq’s services are always on top, which has a big impact on the field. It excites me since this record will bring me more years to work in the company, which really highlights my dream and passion. Another thing that excites me about this, is that even in the midst of the pandemic, Torq is serving the food and agriculture sector with excellence.

How have you developed your skills whilst working for Torq?

My goal entering Torq would be to showcase and to use my skills while developing them in the role. My role brings opportunities to show my dedication, passion, and flexibility as a good team player. Knowing that my ability and skills will add value to the team makes me feel better as an employee and person. These feelings and experiences at Torq have significantly developed me.

What opportunities have you been presented with to grow within your field?

Teamwork is an important part of growth. I gained valuable knowledge within my field, which helps me to perform whatever task that is required to me. I’ve discovered that my strength as a flexible and cooperative individual grows as I stay in this field.

What are your career aspirations at Torq?

I aspire to reach a managerial position that will allow me to experience handling and succeeding in crucial decision making. This way, I can apply my leadership skills. I’m excited about the opportunities that Torq would entrust on me. Moreover, I believe Torq will support my long-term career goals and allow me to grow to become a proactive and valuable team member and team leader.

What advice would you give to anyone thinking of applying for a position at Torq?

I will advise and push them to apply for a role at Torq since the company has a nice culture and positive circumference that allows employees to work freely, but of course with a cup of responsibility. I would tell them that Torq has a superb management team that will assist and guide every employee to become a successful person in the future. Lastly, I would tell them that Torq always has an atmosphere of professionalism.

What is in store for 2022?

I think the best way of planning for the future is to make the most of the present. My future plan includes securing a position that develops a clear picture of where I can see myself at Torq for many years. To share not only my ideas but my general passion towards work with a positive attitude. To gain valuable experience that could be beneficial to a successful team. I’m open to whatever opportunities may arise in the future. I will accept all the challenges of the industry confidently because I am armoured by my skills and professionalism.
