1?? Could you tell us a bit about yourself, your professional experience in the airfreight sector, and what led you to join CargoAi?

?? From Passion to Profession - Graduating from university with a determination to work in air transportation, I had little knowledge of airfreight. My journey began at ECS Group , where I discovered my passion for cargo logistics. After contributing to digital projects powered by ECS Group's Digital Factory, I joined CargoAi in 2021, becoming Project Manager for airline integrations. I work with an amazing team of developers to enable API connections with partner airlines and ensure support and maintenance after going live. Being part of CargoAi from its early days has been fulfilling, and I’m excited to continue contributing to this revolutionary industry.

2?? Can you describe a typical day in your role as Project Manager Airline and how you manage the different responsibilities?

?? Dynamic and Diverse - Every day in my role is different. Based in Paris, I connect with partner airlines worldwide, talking to Asian carriers in the morning and switching to the Middle East, Europe, or America later in the day. The biggest challenge is managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaboration is key, involving stakeholders from partner airlines to CargoAi's internal teams (IT, Product, Commercial) to ensure everyone moves in the same direction.

3?? What excites you most about your work and how does this passion reflect in the projects you lead?

?Tangible Impact - I’m driven by results, and airline integration offers tangible rewards. Seeing new airlines become available on CargoAi, watching the booking curve rise, and witnessing user engagement is highly satisfying. As a project manager, I enjoy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, developing communication skills, and focusing on details. Building and strengthening relationships lead to positive outcomes in CargoAi's product offerings.

?? Seamless Integration - APIs facilitate a direct connection between CargoAi (and its forwarder users) and the airline’s booking engine. During integration, CargoAi handles the technical workload, requiring minimal maintenance once live. APIs mirror the airline’s system, allowing real-time information exchange and reducing the need for manual actions. This innovation ensures efficiency and real-time updates, streamlining the process for airline staff.

We ensure all partners receive equal visibility on CargoAi, with fair distribution of bookable offers among a large pool of freight forwarders.

?? Navigating Complexity - The air cargo industry is unique and complex. Our biggest challenge is finding the best solutions for our customers, often requiring out-of-the-box thinking. We adapt to each airline's technical infrastructure and capabilities, maintaining clear communication throughout implementation, testing, and post-go-live maintenance. Attention to detail is crucial, ensuring smooth integration and long-term success.
