Interview With Karthik (Google Ads Specialist)

1) Where were you born and raised? Also tell us something unique about yourself.

I was born in Virudhunagar and raised in Chennai, India. Something unique about me is I run everyday and a Value Investor.

2) What got you interested in marketing and what was your journey?

I was into Sales Job, I didn't really like that, then i started doing research on Digital Marketing and got interested, I started as SEO specialist and started Google Ads, and have never looked back. I started loving this Ad Platform.

3) What skills and industry do you specialize in?

My Specialization is Scaling Google Ads for DTC ecommerce Brand.

4) What is your best soft skill?

Probably critical thinking and problem solving, I feel that is more required in advertising world. It also helps my clients to take accounts to the next level by New ideas and solutions.

5) What softwares and tools do you use regularly?

Google ads, google analytics, google tag manager, Shopify, Slack, Take Screenshot chrome Extension and few more.

6) What are your goals for the next year and into the future?

To continuously get better and provide great Changes, learn new things and spend more quality time at work and with Fam.

7) What has been the hardest thing you dealt with in your career path?

My hardest thing I would say on the career path was to land on a better Advertising Agency.

8) What is the biggest mistake you made that you want others to avoid?

Fear of failure. Learning to face failures an opportunities for growth helped me grow.

Everyone at my marketing job who supported for my growth.

Get Hands Dirty, Work Hard, keep Consistently working and learning.
