What is your experience of being a female engineer??
“I embarked on my engineering journey approximately a year ago at Lhoist. The experience has been enriching, and filled with numerous opportunities. My gender has never been a factor; despite common perceptions of mining as a male-dominated field, my time at Lhoist has been free from such distinctions.”?
What inspired you to develop a career in engineering? ?
“My passion has always been rooted in science and mathematics. I sought a career where I could contribute meaningfully, continuously expand my skills on the job, and engage in diverse projects. Thus, the profession of engineering appeared to match my criteria perfectly.”?

“Believe in your power to succeed, keep pushing forward without surrendering, and always hold onto the self-belief that fuels your journey. Challenges may arise, but they're stepping stones to your goal, which is absolutely reachable. Remember to savor these moments, for they are among the most enriching experiences life has to offer.”?

“Throughout my time at university and in my professional career, my gender has never posed an obstacle or led to any challenges.”?
