Interview With Haim & Shelly
Behind the Scenes of Talma's Innovative "Dancing with Executives"
Q: Haim, Shelly, it's wonderful to have you both here. Haim, we've seen you lighting up dance floors for years, but this partnership with Talma is quite the unexpected treat! How did this idea come about?
Haim Pershtein: It all started with our company, "Rokdim". Initially, the concept of "Dancing with Managers" had us pairing up with employees, adding zest to corporate events. But when Talma approached us with the idea to dance with their executives, we were all in. It was a bold and revolutionary move and we loved it!
Q: What was it like dancing with Talma's leadership?
Haim Pershtein: In a word: exhilarating. You might expect a more reserved approach from upper management, but not with Talma. They're not just executives; they're achievers, perfectionists, and fiercely competitive individuals. Our practices were intense, but the final showcase was absolutely magical.
Q: Shelly, you've been alongside Haim throughout this journey. How has it been?
Shelly Dror: Working with Haim and witnessing firsthand the transformation of myself and other executives was nothing short of inspiring. This wasn't just about dancing. It was a breaking of barriers, a redefinition of what's possible, which we all apply to our day-to-day.
Q: Can you draw parallels between dance and business?
Shelly Dror: Certainly. At their core, both dance and business challenge us to push ourselves and stretch our limits. When you commit fully, whether to a dance move or a business decision, remarkable things can happen. This ethos is what we do at Talma daily. We don't just transact with clients; we form genuine partnerships, constantly pushing boundaries to create something exceptional.

Q: Haim, people say dance has an amazing power to transform people. How have you seen that happen at Talma?
Haim Pershtein: Dance has this intrinsic ability to bring out the rawest, most genuine sides of people. I've seen reserved individuals become expressive, and those hesitant to take the lead step up with immense confidence. Dance breaks down walls, creates bonds, and transforms people from within. Watching the executives embrace the world of dance, and seeing the sheer joy, camaraderie, and even vulnerability it evoked, was truly beautiful. It's more than just a dance; it's a journey of self-discovery and growth.
Q: Shelly, if someone was skeptical or unsure about participating in something like this, what would you recommend?
Shelly Dror: I really believe that life is short, and the best moments come from unexpected places. I'd say, dance like no one's watching. You'll learn more about yourself, challenge your preconceptions, and most importantly, have a lot of fun along the way. I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.
Q: Haim, as we wrap up, any parting thoughts on this unique collaboration?
Haim Pershtein: Collaborating with Talma has been a phenomenal journey. They exemplify what businesses can achieve when they dare to think differently. Their commitment to innovation and their bold approach to "Dancing with Executives", make them stand out in the industry, and I'm so happy I got to be a part of this experience.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved in making this event a roaring success. Most of all, we’d like to thank Haim Pershtein and his production company, "Rokdim", for their expertise, dedication, and magic they brought to the stage.
