Our main character of today is Ms. Li, a representative plush toy manufacturing soul figure based in Foshan, China.
1.??Q: May I get a brief self-introduction please?
Ms Li: An old and young toy manufacturer.
2.??Q:Since when and why you were engaged in toy manufacturing industry?
Ms Li:?1993. We didn’t have much opportunities back to that time. My first job was in a toy company by chance. It was interesting and loved it since, then got started from basics studying.
3.??Q:What made you stick into toy manufacturing for your whole career life?
Ms Li: My personal character? I love to devote into one field and make it rather various. So made my enjoyed things as a career. Though facts are contrary to wishes sometimes. Still I enjoy my work. In this fast pace sometimes noisy era, dedication to toy making made me intoxicated sometimes.
4.Q: How do you define your relationship with toys?
Ms Li: We take each design as a dear partner, we search for and realize their own unique intelligence in the whole production process.
4.??Q:Who supports you most in the whole process?
Ms Li: My clients, and my fellow workers.
5.??Q: What made you proud of your team?
Ms Li: They are diligent, easy to communicate with. They keep up their understanding on quality,deadline and builds up reputation by every small efforts.
6. Q:Tell us some memorible stories between you and clients.
Ms Li: There are too many. Every customer is a teacher who pushes me into personal and business growth. Therefore, we welcome customers with high requirements.
