Here is a short post on 4 keys to answering those challenging interview questions. I invite you to read and consider.  It speaks to me of:

POISE and PATIENCE

CONFIDENCE and CERTITUDE

AUTHENTIC INTEGRITY

HUMOR and JOYFULNESS

I might even throw in this:

What else?  What do you think matters in those minutes of the interview?

What do you think?  Do that.  In those minutes, much matters.  Character matters.
