interVIB Lump Breaker LB saves the environment by higher recycling rate

Lump Breaker LB are successfully in operation in foundries for recycling and grating lumped up moulding sand and separating casting left over material from the sand. A higher rate of moulding sand and casting material can be brought back into the material flow by using less energy and less servicing time.

Inside the breaking trough the lumps are pulverized by vibration down to particle sizes to be recycled into sand preparation continuously. The clean and sand free casting material left overs are discarded separately and can be re-melted.

Some advantages of the interVIB Lump Breaker LB are frequency controller free operation reducing temperature and required space in the electrical cabinet, short discarding times for debris keeping productivity high and extra wear resistant screen plates with conical bore holes for jam free screening of the sand.

interVIB Lump Breakers can be delivered with open top or dust tight with flexible seals as recommended for anorganic moulding sands.
