Personal Reflection on the Power of Social Capital: From my experience, I've seen firsthand the transformative impact that increased social capital can have, especially for students of color from underestimated communities. When these students gain access to broader networks, the doors to unprecedented opportunities open—opportunities for mentorship, internships, and even careers that were previously beyond reach.
