It is generally known that Lionel Messi’s lifelong dream has been to win the World Cup for his country. However, it’s also seemed like it wouldn’t happen.
Being scrutinized and slandered on the global stage must be very difficult! His family and family members of his other teammates have attested to how much suffering they have undergone.
However, I deem it remarkable that they fought through, with the odds against them, this team has gone on to win three international trophies, even the highly coveted World Cup trophy in less than two years. All of these happened after 28 years of winning no trophy.
What changed?
·??????CLARITY – Every single player had an awareness of the goal and the role they had to play in getting it.

·??????PASSION – It’s literally tangible. The guys projected just how much they love their country, exuding a very obvious desire to win even after making mistakes that almost cost them.
·??????UNITY – The most endearing characteristic the team has, for me, is unity! They project so much love towards each other and that would always make any dream attainable.
Lionel Messi, the Captain has arguably the greatest impact on the team. His team members were quoted severally saying they wanted to win it for him. It was evident in their gameplay and celebrations.

·??????Be humble
Compared to the pain they had gone through in the past few years, the joy felt, and celebrations thereafter made it all worth it. FIVE MILLION ARGENTINES CAME OUT TO CELEBRATE. WOW!!!!!!
