Intersecting Perspectives - Millennial Latino Youth

Did you know that for every death of a Latino community member in our community, there are 8 Latino community members born?  Fascinating! 

Did you also know that Millennials rank shaping our world with their management skills a higher priority than pay and success?  At a rate of 50%?  Fascinating!

For me, that means a world full of more hugs, social conscientiousness, authentic friendships, fun, and individuals that put family first.  What a great world that will be!  

I love seeing where perspectives intersect.  I picked up some of these facts at the recent summit of the National Hispanic Corporate Council with keynote Robert Rodriquez.  I picked up others from some studies regarding the Millennial generation (MBA Careers: Millennials Opt For Social Impact Over Success And Pay | BusinessBecause ).  I began to ponder the impact of these realities for our population on the biggest rise combined with the unique attributes and desires of the Millennial generation.  Insight into that collective will be a monumental factor for our world going forward.
